Process began with design meeting with a salesman, and initial payment on 2/20/09. Estimate given that project would take about 4 months to complete. Things moved very slowly, and as we became more concerned we asked to meet with the owner. Informally, on the lot, he met with us and promised to make this job his priority. He failed to attend meeting he had scheduled with us on 9/08/09, and had salesman give us contradictory information-basically denying us some of the services/items promised. We had to move out of our home on 7/31/09, and have been living in a small travel trailer on our property since then. After 9/8/09, when final payment had been made, owner refused to return phone calls or respond to our messages. The 2 halves of the home were finally joined and bolted down on 10/12/09. Sheer frustration led us to picket in front of this business for 3 days, and that finally got a response from the owner. We met with him and the salesman on 10/19/09. The owner declined to enter into any written agreement for finishing this paid for project, and said we had his "word" that things would be finished. This past week there have been workmen on the site, but many tasks have had to be redone due to building code issues. Again today, the salesman informed us that agreed upon steps for our house will not be provided per direction of owner. We have filed complaints with BBB, NM Atty Gens Ofc and the CID. We have no faith in the intention of this company to complete our house as "promised".

Sent best electrician ever had to fix problems other workers couldn't electrical switches, electrical fireplaces ceilings, ceiling fans.

Excellent. Second electrician was Steve who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. All of his work passed city code inspection on the first visit. Would recommend company, and particularly Steve to anyone.
