Called me 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Professional appearing truck and equipment.
Provider was well groomed, well spoken, and prompt for scheduled appointment. I was a couple of minutes late but he was already at work inspecting areas around the house by the time I arrived.
Provider answered all questions; he was patient if I did not understand; he was obviously overqualified for the job!
Placed bait stations in the garage and in an upper storey floor.
Complete preventive spray around the house.
This was an appointment yesterday. Thus, I am not able to share "results" this soon.
Service good for 30 days.
They explained a yearly contract, but there was not pressure to do this.
This is my first Angie's list experience. I never would have found this company if I had not become a member.

He set our hearts to ease.  He is absolutely incredible.

I had a really good experience with them. Their prices was very reasonable. He is very professional, courteous and experienced. Before he opened his company, he got a degree which had something to do with bugs and stuff like that so he knows from his training about bugs. He gave me a lot of tips. He tells me exactly what to do and certain situations.

He has a background in the field. He is very reliable and thoughtful. His wife answerers the phone and she has great control over the work. She calls to make sure everything is ok and reminds you of appointments.

They are good and we would recommend them. We have been using them for over two years that we have been here. Their price is good. They are excellent to deal with. Their service is good. They are there when they say that they are going to be there. If there is an issue then they make time to get there as quickly as possible.
