ABL Landscaping

The owner, Jaime "James" Perez, and his crew were usually late and did not show up when they said they would. Some of the craftmanship, i.e. installing the sprinkler box, was shawdy and not finished. Jaime beefs up the bids, writes them in a convuluted fashion to mislead the client, and can be very confusing when explaining his bid. Jaime will tell the consumer that he will add up all materials, even if the client paid for them, and will state they will come off later in the bid. Instead he adds them back in in a diliberate fashion. After Jaime finished the work, and he was asked to come back, he avoided phone calls and refused to come and finish the job. There were not only several over charges that he made, and he also removed materials from my home. These were materials I had paid for. Another problem I encountered was establishing an account at another place of business in which to purchase the materials. After the job was completed, Jaime attempted to remove materials from the place of business where the account was established, that I had paid for. Jaime had previously stated to me that he used these materials, which was untrue, and after the work was done, he attempted to go back and exchange the materials out for his use. When I called him about this and advised him that I did not want him to show up at my house, he later came and intimidated me with 3 other men. This has been a horrifying experience from someone that I initially trusted. Jaime "James" Perez owner of ABL Landscaping, should not be trusted as someone to perform any type of craftsmanship to your home.
