He was a really nice and intelligent guy. I like the owner but I may have a discussion with him about his assistant.

Harvey and his assistant came over on Wednesday, April 25 to repair the line from the roof to the water heater. Once that was replaced, they found that the squirrel cage wouldn't move. Harvey explained that a bearing had come loose and over time had burned up the motor. I had the choice of replacing just the motor or the whole swamp cooler. I felt that replacing the whole unit was a better option over time.
Harvey and his assistant came back on Thursday at the agreed upon time and proceeded to replace the swamp cooler. It works great! I'm very happy with the service they've provided to me.

They did everything by the book. Very professional and reliable.

The experience was not good. They didn't fix the problem. I didn't call them back and I found somebody else that took all of the tile out of the flooring and resloped it. They should have been able to see that when they came. I decided to get a second opinion rather than call them back. They were very nice and friendly but they didn't take care of the problem. They responded quickly and did the repair work fairly quickly but it wasn't what needed to be done.

Very well...would use again....very professional, reasonable and on time.

Unfortunately, we found out several months later that they did not pull all the permits--which they said we would do. They ignored my calls until I got the inspector involved. She came for the final inspection, which they did not show up for, and she said they still did not have the right permit pulled. But, she gave me the green tag anyways--saying it looked okay. She did not climb into the attic though. I recently noticed pipes in the attic that were not insulated. That is just poor workmanship. The supervisor should have made sure that the work was done correctly. Everything else seems to be working.

They were good and very efficient. They were however a little high priced.

They did really good work. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They are very knowledgeable as well. I would use them again if needed.

Overall I was so pleased. I will definitely keep the card Ivan gave me....he was the initial contact and made a very good impression on me. He was professional and knowledgeable and listened to me. Then on the day we talked about the furnace and I decided to go with them Larry, Mike and Ivan were all very helpful and professional. If I want to ever update my swamp cooler this is the company I will call. I like to do business with solid honest local companies and avoid the chain stores whenever possible. I want to give my business to the local companies that work so hard in our communities. I could not have been more pleased with their work, the product, the price and the guys that got the job done! Thanks to this fine company, I'm glad they are in my community!

The work went on pretty well. It was an emergency work and they had to come on the next day to fix it up since we called them at night. We decided to use their services as they were using good materials.

Larry, the HVAC technician, originally came 1/14/10, assessed the problems (a leaking boiler pump for the furnace), plus the leaks in kitchen sink and washer's hot water line, recommended the plumbing side of the house and ensured their arrival on 1/15. Chris and Drew (plumbers) came on Friday (1/15), examined the problems, explained several possibilities as far as repairs for washer leak repair, went for a part, returned and efficiently accomplished the various repairs on my leaks. Chris also deducted the 10% Angie's List member's courtesy fee from the total bill. We have no leaks. On Thursday, 1/14, Larry recommended a new furnace boiler pump, explained how he would rectify the spaghetti junction of wires that decorated the outside of the furnace, got a quote from the supply house for the pump, called with it, and came, as promised, today (1/18). He worked several hours, installed the pump, showed me what he had done, cleaned up the whole area, all the while maintaining good humor and efficiency. Larry also deducted the 10% Angie's List courtesy fee from the total bill. This company with these employees deserves an A1++ rating.

Representitive was prompt, courteous and efficient. He was helpful in answering my questions, and got all of the jobs completed that I asked. The price charged was fair. I would definitely use this company again.

I called A Logical Choice plumbing company at the recommendation of one of Angie's List members. The review gave the company A's in all areas of service. Harvey came at the scheduled time and quickly found the problem for my kitchen faucet not having enough pressure. The screen was clogged. He cleaned it out and I told him about a leak I had in the master bedroom shower. He looked and it and recommended getting a part at Home Depot. He said that he would pick up the part, explained thoroughly what needed to be done, and I called the office and rescheduled for a few days later. Harvey and Ivan came about 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. They explained that they were held up at the office for a meeting. They promptly went to work and completed the work sooner than they had anticipated. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased by their courtesy and quality workmanship. They gave me a 10% discount because I'm a Angie's List member.

The project wasn’t very extensive as it was only about an hour’s work. The guy was very nice and very efficient. He did a couple of things that I wouldn’t have expected him to do in the way of moving things around. I had gone through a website that helps you locate contractors and I had indicated that I might need a plumbing contractor. He called me almost immediately and I was very impressed with tips that he gave me over the phone. It saved me some money. I would use him in future.
