He is certified but he is expensive. He gets 75 dollars an hour. He ended up doing 90 percent of the work himself. He does a good job and he is upfront. He is thorough. He was done within a week.

Ely did an outstanding job - not only by providing quality work, but also in providing excellent customer service, as I was having the work done from a distance (about 300 miles away). He was very helpful, and did a terrific job.
