In & Out Plumbing

They were able to get water flowing again and told us they would install a ball valve to prevent the problem from happening again. However, they claimed they didn’t have the valve on the truck which would require them to come out a second time. They then charged us for 2 plumbers for 2 service calls when all the work could have been done in one and a half hours. They also claimed we needed a new pressure tank at a cost of $3000 plus tax. Upon our discussion with a reputable plumber we found our pressure tank is just fine! And the “work” that In and Out performed had to be redone!

There is still a leak. that did not thoroughly fix the problem. I do not think they are capable of doing so.

 They could not fix the blockage in my septic...but left me with a broken cleanout pipe , damage to 2 walls in the bathroom and chipped 12 feet of bathroom floors.  When I talked to them about the damage they did, I was threatened.  I stopped payment on the check and took them to small claims court.  They denied everything , inspite of all the evidence.  I won the suit

Overall, good and bad. Responsiveness was good. Work was marginal. Plumber had to borrow a hose and a ladder to do the job. Still cleaning up styrofoam pieces left behind. I had to call the plumber back due to shoddy work; pipes touching in five places and had used drywall screws to rest pipes on against the wall. And they charged extra for the warranty but have not responded to four requests for the warranty in writing as promised.
