Magnum Mechanical

I talked to Jordan Madina of Magnum Mechanical as to what we needed done.  We agreed to a date and time for the service call.  we agreed to pay for his travel time one way.  He would cover the return home costs.  We are located about an hour away from his home.  We arranged our schedule so we could be home all day to assist with what needed to be done.  Madina said he would call when he left Taos. 
We never heard from him.  He never showed up.  He never called to tell us he wasn't coming.
Another plumber you can't believe what he says!

Overall - very satisfied with Jordan and his son's service - though they are known more for their plumbing services, they did a great job on short notice (wanted to come out the next day after we talked).  Outstanding.
only one ding, however, when gas tank delivered wasn't able to come out to bleed out air from lines so stove could be started - I did on my own, but not exactly comfortable with process.  Overall though job-wise I was still quite happy with his services and would use him again for my next major installation of my upcoming 2 bathroom installs. 

They are great. I use them all the time when I need to. They come out and do what you need them to. They are reasonable. He is right out there. They did a great job. They did what I wanted. They got it right in. The gas company did not fill the pro tank up and so he came right out to fix it. . His price was really reasonable. They had to tear into the walls to find the leak which took around half a day. He spent the whole of the next day replacing the water heater which was not a normal tank water heater. I thought I paid a good price which included labour and material. He is very personable. He takes his time with you. I tell him what I want and he goes right out and does it. I would use them again if needed.
