He did a great job and didn't charge much and we'll definitely use him again. He worked well with my son and showed him how to complete any future tasks that might occur.

The hard water problem will need to be fixed with a water softening unit. At first, we were going to buy one from the original plumber, but after everything we went through with this guy so far, I think we're going to shop around this time.
