New home construction with a full year warranty. Once we closed on the house, they threw up a fence without proper bracing on the gates and no tops on the metal fence posts. Found several items that needed to be repaired or replaced and Carlton Casey was very unresponsive. I gave him a list the first of October and followed up 54 days later and he accused me of badgering him. He finally addressed some of the issues, but the realtor that represented him sent someone to take care of some of the final issues out of his pocket. There are still some outstanding issues and Carlton Casey will not answer the phone when I call his cell number and doesn't reply to my texts. I tried to sent a certified letter to him and he refused to pick it up at the post office. His one year warranty is NOT worth the paper it's written on.
