After the installation was complete, the air conditioner never worked for more than a few hours. We called them, and they came out multiple times (I lost count) to fix the problem. When it became apparent that they could not fix the problem, they tried to start charging us for visits (this was a one-pay contract job). Eventually, we turned to the State of New Mexico's Consumer Protection Division through the Attorney General's Office, and they investigated the situation. It took us almost a year to get the problem resolved (eventually we were given a new unit, and another heat/air service provider installed the unit.

IT AHS TAKEN THEM 6 MONTHS TO GET THE JOB HALFWAY DONE.  WAS TOLD TIME AFTER TIME A STARTING DATE.  THE DATE CAME NEAR AND WAS PUSHED BACK ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.  HOUSE IS 3/4 DONE. THE WORKERS SHOW UP A LITTLE BEFORE 9 AM AND LEAVE A LITTLE AFTER 4 PM.   THEY ARE NOT MOTIVATED TO GET IT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THERE ARE HOLES IN MY CEILING WHERE THEY CUT INTO.  THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO FIX THEM AND THEY HAVEN'T.  THERE IS SO MUCH COLD AIR COMING THROUGH THOSE HOLES IT MAKES THE HEATING WORTHLESS.  FINALLY TACKED UP CARDBOARD ON THE CEILING

The service technicial was friendly and worked fairly quickly, the entire visit only lasted about 30 minutes.  He was thorough about checking all interior output vents for the appropriate temperature and even offered to order a floor vent cover that would not close as one of mine was doing.

They showed up on time and were very quick.  They cleaned up after themselves.
