THE HOME SOLUTION

Good at first but I thought Tempi would be supervising cleaning she doesnt. They charged $400 for the first cleaning and then $140 after that. The $400 would be a top to bottom cleaning which it was. After that it started to get strange they came weekly but different people showed up 4-5 people each time. I was bedridden and could not see what all 4 or 5 people were doing or I probably would have noticed that they pulled a credit card from my office files. I discussed with Tempi that this desk was never to be touched I would have my husband clean it. I didnt know the card was missing for a month, then a charge came up from a Wal-mart in the heights which I didnt go to. I looked through my files and sure enough the card was gone. I knew it was them immediately I called Tempi and she said she trusts her staff and runs background checks on all of them. She went on the say I must have misplaced it and it was stolen away from my house that I rarely leave or some other person in the house took it. I tried to explain to her that only me and my husband were in the house but she wasnt having it. She never offered a refund, she never asked me if she could check to see who was working that day. Nothing. So please beware! the prices are pretty steep but the cleaning was good, you may or may not have things stolen and you will have 5 or 6 different strangers in your house each week.
