All the work went very well since it was well planned at the outset.

We were very happy with the results of Rick's work especially when everything worked the way we wanted right from the start and
we haven't had any problems since. We will call on him again if needed.

We call Rick every year to set up the swamp coolers and our cistern pump. Similarly, we have him come in the fall to get the coolers ready for the winter, remove the cistern pump and check on the furnace. He has done extensive work for us in the past with our water heater, replacing toilets and general trouble shooting. His work is top notch, his prices reasonable. He is a true professional. It was a difficult job because the plumbing had been neglected for several years by the previous owners. Mineral buildup
hampered removal of the old plumbing and questionable previous plumbing techniques were everywhere. Rick had the skill
necessary to handle all the surprizes and do things the right way. All the plumbing he placed is working properly and I would
call upon him again if those services are needed.

Rick was able to tell us what was wrong with all three things. Two previous plumbers had no clue. He gave an estimate on the spot. He was prompt both for the estimate and the work. He even came back today to remove the shower valve again so we could take photos of the cartridge causing the problem. We also didn't have to wait weeks for him to have time in his schedule. I'll use him again for any other plumbing issues.
