Computer Repair
I had a minor printer jam, but was out of commission until it was fixed. I called him when he opened. He was here within the hour and fixed it promptly. At first he didn't want to charge me anything, but I insisted. For in home prompt service, I was impressed.

Service was always polite and professional. Competence was never an issue. Only complaint is that minimum charge, even for a task that took 10 minutes was for 30 minutes, or around $40-50, even if brought to the shop. On the plus side, the work was done right the first time.
