Colonial Stone

Mr. Vince Ramirez appears to be the manager of this company and schedules the workers. We were originally scheduled for 9AM. The day before they were to begin (prompted by a call from me) Mr. Ramirez said it would be between 10:00 and 10:30. The day of the installation Mr. Ramirez called around 10AM to say he had been injured and would be late but his crew would be arriving soon. The crew arrived around 11:30. Problems with communication (different languages) and confusion about the exact placement of the new sinks delayed the completion of the installation. Mr. Ramirez (after 3 or 4 phone calls) would bring the crew back the next day to finish up. They did not show up, nor did I hear from them for two days. The third day, apparently, the crew came by while I was out and left a business card on my door. They showed up the next day, completely unannounced, to finish up the job. When the workers were finished there was some minor confusion about payment of the balance of the agreed price. We worked it out with some sign language and showing them my canceled check. I never did see Mr. Ramirez but ultimately I was pleased with the results.
