Robert came out the week before, measured and showed us lots of samples. We set a date for the following week. He showed up on time with everything needed. It was an amazing job! He did everything start to finish like a hero! We had the entire house done, 4 bedrooms, the hall and living room. He hauled away the old carpet and pad, rehung the doors and cleaned up all his remnants. We had just had the interior repainted and he was very attentive to not leaving any dings. You don't get that level of concern with a big box store. It was great to get the owner of the business, not a flunky or sub contractor. His attention to a quality job was fantastic. We will be going back to have him do our new home next year. Only bad thing I can say is he is an Oakland A's fan... but nobody is perfect right?

Robert was right on time, did a very professional job and finished early. The installation was perfect. I highly recommend him for a flooring company.
