Description of Work: I have not used Ron Stafford's North County Plumbing since he redid our house in 2001. I would I would use him again. As I look for real estate investments Ron is the only contractor I will call and use. I plan to buy a dozen or so rental units. As buildings need remodeling/major repair Ron is the first -- and last(?) contractor I will call. Do get contract for your own protection to know how much renovations will cost. We were very pleasantly surprised at the cost.

+ -1 moreis part very well. He did have disagreements with architect. Wish we had NOAT hired the architect we did. He was a prima donna and mostly unavailable. Ron UNDERCHARDED us, based on invoices. Ron said bill was correct. I argued he argued. I agreed to pay him $5,000.00 less than his invoices called for. Nice way to do business. I still think I owe the man $5,000.00.
Description of Work: Rebuild and add onto front of house, rebuild & convert unheated and poor condition shop into heated living space. Subbed out electrical (C quality; high prices)and heating (B quality; high prices). Work done by Ron & his crew was and still is A- quality). We will only use him for any further large work. We would not think of requesting bids. 1 phone call. Ron shows up a few days to look at work. He and his crew show on time everytime.They worked hard. We got our money's worth and then some. All work fully permitted and green tagged without undue hassles from the county. Inspectors fastidious.
