I called Robert Wood, owner of New Mexico Locking Systems, because I couldn't get out of my front door. Since that is the door from which I need to exit when I set the alarm, I was trapped. Robert was very busy and far away, but he made a special effort and was at my home in two hours. The latch on the lock was broken, and he had to break and dig it out. He recommended better locks, so I made another appointment with him to have all the locks in the house replaced and on one key.
The locks were installed quickly and efficiently. Robert even put in 3 inch screws in the strike plate on the door jam reaching all the way to the door frame, making it much harder for someone to kick in the door. He also told me how to maintain the locks, and explained what he was doing and why.
Robert Wood is very professional and polite. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use him again.
