Flooring
It was a nightmare. Contractor failed to properly prep surfaces per contract. Contractor used out-of-date adhesive. Gaps in tiles & uneven floor with tiles lifting. Contractor installed tiles crooked & did not rotate tile design as standard procedure. Contractor failed to ever show up to correct faults - lots of excuses and no-shows....job cost more to replace than original price & contractor failed to refund any money for cost of required redo. Later found out this contractor is not licensed, but stated that he was. Avoid at all costs!
