Overall, the project went very well. We had hired another contractor for the job who quit the project after starting it. McGinley Construction came in, re-did the poor work that was done by the previous contractor and did all the work we wanted done to our architects specs. Since completing the job, there was a problem with the roof (almost 2 yrs later). McGinley Construction  responded quickly and is correcting the problem.

On both jobs they came in gave estimate and perfomance date. We were swo pleased that we had trhem bid a remodel of a shed into a usefull heated work space.No problems with the job and the results were great.
They are expesnive but worth iut.

Very pleased. Completed on time. When they said they would be there, they were there. Supervision was minimal. Job foreman had other interests and did not visit job site very often. Senior finish carpenter (Rick) was a very good point of contact.

Highly recommend this builder. You will pay more, but the quality is worth it.

We were told that McGinley was one of the best at repairs on homes. He was said to make things better than it was when it was first built. He contracts out on some things, but makes sure that everyone involved is professional and does a great job. Everything was coordinated well and once our home insurance was settled, everything went quickly.
