CERVANTES TILE INSTALLATION

Installed 3500 sq. ft. tile. this was a remodel. They failed to float the floor which was uneven. They never said it needed to be done until after we complained how uneven the tile was. We fought with the sales person who highly recomended them. Months later we are still with rooms of uneven tile. They came out and fixed a small amount of them but nothing close to what should be redone because there are so many. We have grout that is cracked everywhere and and a large area on our front and back porch that puddles water every time it rains. The owner of the company came out and tried to tell me it's our floor. Then why is a corner pushed down on the same corner of each tile. But whenever they have fixed a tile here and there they look great. They also chipped my thousand dollar bathtub.
