Balderas Used Appliances

This was the easiest purchase I've ever made. The woman that works there is very knowledgeable, extremely patient and quite thorough. She had the dryer cleaned and painted. The persons that delivered the dryer were very respectful and efficient. Every aspect went well. Can't wait for something else to break so I can go see them again!

Poor service. Had to call 4 times the days he was supposed to arrive. Then after waiting 2 hours we got tired of waiting so rescheduled. Was still not on time for pickup and delivery. Serviceman assured there were no leaks. When gas was turned on, it was leaking, connections were loose. I called Balderas and she said he would be there at 12:00. NO SHOW again. The house was full of gas. I had to call a plumber to fix. They do not guarantee their work as billing says they do. Paid Balderas $180.00 then plumber service call was $105.00.

The manufacturer didn't make a shelf for my freezer so this appliance store made one for me. 

The first visit on the 5th, the delivery did not take
place after multiple calls, and on the third call I rescheduled for the
next day. Jose Balderas has been in business for approximately 28 yrs.
He is knowledgeable, very polite and service oriented. Balderas provides
a 6 mo. warranty for all appliances as well as free delivery,
installation and hauling away the old appliances. Their prices are very
competitive and were very clean when delivered. The guys readily helped
move furniture to help make room to move in the appliances and
recommended a duct cleaning, which we ended up doing the following day
with the provider they recommended and it turned out to be badly needed.
The fan went out in the refrigerator a couple of days later and was
repaired the day we called in at no cost by Jose Balderas, personally.
Delivery was to have been the previous day. Did not show up on time, or with second call . Third call by purchaser was to arrange delivery for following day. The delivery men were very courteous and helpful moving furniture and appliances.
total purchase cost of refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer unit was hundreds less than buying new . Delivery was free and removal of old appliances was also free.

I thought it was great. I wish I would have bought my washer from them too! We may go back after Christmas and buy it. The price and service was definitely great. They were a little late to deliver the dryer but it was just because they could not find our house.
