It went horrible! Very frustrating! Called the 800 number to get services connected to my house. It is the only cable network inthis town oother than dish. They said they would be out in a few days. They never showed up or called. I called them back to see what happened with why they didn't show, of course the call center couldn't give an answer for it. So, they said they would put in an "emergency" call out ticket for them to come out within 24 hours. The next day a so called service man showed up amd said we didn't have any cable wires coming to our house and it would be a week before he could get it fixed. A week came and went, still no cable. I called again, they said they would find out what was going on. So after about 2 1/2 weeks of trying to get cable they finally come out and say they don't service my neighborhood! My parent-in laws owned this home before we did and had cable for the 20 years they lived here! I don't know what happened in the 2 months between moving in but it definitely doesn't sound right.
