The plumber (Dominic) arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and discussed the repairs that were needed. He performed his work professionally and called the general contractor to tell him what he had done. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and will call them in the future with any plumbing or electrical repairs that I need done.

It was great! Armstrong, and in particular David, the plumber doing the work, were wonderful in making sure that all the plumbing things were taken care of to allow the other work to move along smoothly- even with short notice on a few "surprises", which always seem to happen when you're doing a lot of work simultaneously. David was timely, professional, and responsive, and I trusted what he was doing. I highly recommend Armstrong and David.

Installation went well. We unfortunately had to call the plumber back about an hour later to fix a leak on the filtered water faucet. It was fixed satisfactorily, as I am aware that these types of installations can be tricky! The next evening (Saturday), however, the attachment to the kitchen faucet broke loose and flooded underneath my cabinet. At the time this occurred, I didn't know exactly what the problem was - I was only aware that the water flooded my cabinet and I had a huge mess to clean up. plus I could not finish my dishes. The good news - I could turn off the water and there was no more loss of water. However, the supervisor called could not reach the on-call plumber, and the supervisor asked to wait until Monday to resolve the leak. This company advertises itself as 24-hour. As it turned out, the kitchen faucet that we had Armstrong install was defective. Thus, the plumber did all he should have. My concern: if this had been a real emergency, would have gotten the assistance needed?

.I was impressed by the tech's concern for the customer. First, he did everything he could to help me shut the monitors up until morning so I wouldn't have to pay an overtime charge. He asked every conceivable question about what was going on, then stayed on the phone with me while I fumbled around with the circuit breaker box. When I got the power shut off to the monitors, which also killed power to my entire living room, he made sure I had heat and that the refrigerator and stove were working. Unfortunately, I had to call back when the unit with the dead battery started chirping its "low battery" warning. The tech arived quickly, dragged in his ladder and installed the new battery, then stayed long enough to be sure it had solved the problem. He answered all my questions, gave me lot of advice, and in general showed the best kind of professionalism.

Came home at night from an out of town trip to find my heater had gone out. Next day called a couple of other heating repair companies and the second one highly recommended Armstrong. They sent two highly professional young men, Luke and Gabe, within an hour of my call. The repair was quick and not nearly as expensive as I thought it might be. As a single woman I have found a dependable, reliable company that I will turn to for all my heating, plumbing and electrical needs. How wonderful is that?

I have used this company in the past (technician L.G.). They usually arrive on time but they charge from the time they leave their location to my house, amounting to paying 30 minutes transportation time for two workers. L.G. usually takes the lead and does a lot of brainstorming with his younger helper. They usually eventually solve the problem but it takes a long time. In this case it took two hours times two workers and transportation to determine there was a bad connection in the fan which they fixed.

Sometimes they send out plumbers that do not a through job. They have had to send them out multiple times for one project. When you complain about something they send the supervisor out, and they correct the problems. They are very nice people, but sometimes they do not fix things right away.

We used to manage apartments and they used to do a lot of our work. They were prompt, available and professional. We stopped using their services since we stopped managing the apartments. They were very knowledgeable and honest too. I am not sure about their cleanliness.

The first time they came out on a Sunday morning because our fuse had gone off and we couldn't get the fuse box open. He came out on his own time and fixed the fuse box. He didn't charge us for this visit - not even for gas to get to our house. The second time he came and spent about an hour working on the electrical fixtures to get them ready for our kitchen re-model. They capped off wires, removed fixtures, took out some fixtures that wouldn't be used in the new kitchen. The will be back at the end of the re-model to put in new fixtures and re-connect everything. These people are wonderful. They have always come very quickly and done the work quite professionally. At times they've gone above and beyond like the time they came out on a Sunday morning and then didn't charge us because it turned out to be a small job. I would hire them again in a minute.

Armstrong was the only 24 hour service (of the 3 I called) that responded promptly. This was after hours service so the cost was high. I requested this because I wanted the cooler up and running and I had to cut of water to the house in order to stop the leak. The plumber came within an hour but was delayed in repairing the leak because he had to return to his shop for parts (my only complaint). The plumber did a great job explaining his repair and improvement to the cut off (created a double cut off).

They were so nice to me. I have used them in the past, and so I called them when no handyman service was willing to do the work because it was such a small job. I was thrilled that they were nice enough to come out, and they did a great job.

Armstrong Services arrived when they said, was very professional, clean and solved problem that had been going on for three days. I could not dgt over how well the service man cleaned up the bathroom mess that Eclypse had left.

THEY DID SOME EXCELLENT WORK. MY HOUSE STAYS COOL NOW. THEY ARE REALLY NICE, AND THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED DONE TO BE DONE TO FIX IT FOR ME. THEY ARE RESPECTFUL AND CLEAN. I JUST WISH THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE LOWER.

THE PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T OFFER ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE COST OF WORK. WHEN WE GOT INTO IT THERE WAS NO TURNING BACK, AND THEN I FOUND THAT IT WAS MUCH TOO MUCH. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB THOUGH.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND WELL GROOMED. THEY DID A NICE JOB FIGURING OUT THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM AND CORRECTING THE DAMAGE. THEY WERE VERY CORDIAL AND KIND ALSO.
