Don't hire they don't honor their contract. Their initial work was great. Gave me a written 6 month guarantee. When weeds started returning in 3 months, I called for them to return but they kept putting me off saying they had other jobs and would get to me as soon as possible. Never did.

Francisco responded to my request for a quote almost immediately, arrived the same afternoon and gave me a reasonable quote.The next day he and a helper arrived and did an excellant job of cleaning both front and back yards. Very friendly. Very professional. Will use his services agsin.

Francisco and his team have been a godsend. We have a massive front and back yard on a half acre lot. Itâ s xeriscaped but the weeds are hell through the rocks, along with the goat heads, pine needles, and random sprouting cacti. We also have about 10 rose bushes and a variety of shrubs. After using 3 different landscapers with results ranging from a D to a B+, we had lost hope on finding someone that does a great job for a fair price. I came across this Angi website and submitted to get a 6th estimate to try a 4th landscaper. Francisco called, scheduled an immediate estimate, came on time, was knowledgeable in discussing the yard solutions, and scheduled a date to start. His estimate was fair for the work required and even more affordable to pursue monthly maintenance. During the completion of the work, Francisco was on top of communicating progress and status. His team was very nice. They even worked with me to meet my German shepherd 8 month old puppy (who would only stop barking once heâ d met them). Upon completion, we did a walk through, everything was as great! Then we scheduled the monthly maintenance to begin and will continue for as long as we live on this property. I am excited to finally have a landscaper who meets my expectations and doesnâ t have crazy expensive rates. I highly recommend Francisco and his team!
