I've rented from Stephanie Warwick i gave her the damage deposit $1200.00 and first months rent i lived at one of her contracted homes for a year. After my lease was up I gave her my 30 days then I moved out i left the home in the same exact condition as I got it and honest I left it cleaner than I got it well long story short 45 days passes by and she had not returned my deposit back to me I then sent her a demand for deposit she then responded back to me with a huge list of bogus charges for things she was charging me for and damage that wasn't there I do have pictures of every room every wall and floor space in the home problem is I moved out of state and I hate to have to travel back and forth to New Mexico to get my $1200.00 deposit. But I hope this will help you in your decision on ever renting from her to be honest if you actually do your research on Stephanie Warwick in the court system you'll notice she has a really bad background with the courts and her business i should have done my research on her before ever renting from her it would have saved me alot of money.
