Robert was totally professional. He scheduled an appointment to give an estimate and get measurements. He came a bit early on the day of install to get his materials ready. When he pulled the old furnace out, it dumped carbon all over the floor. He quickly pulled out a mini vacuum and cleaned the area right away (even though my house needed vacuuming!). There was substantial duct work involved, as the style of furnace had changed, as well as an extension needed for the furnace exhaust. He took care of both of these easily. He gave me a time for completion and was spot on. He even disposed of the old furnace and ducting. During the course of the installation, the handle on the screen door broke. During his lunch break, Robert had to go to the store to get one more length of duct for the exhaust pipe. He picked up another handle and installed it, completely without my knowledge! Complete class act. Install came in as estimated and on time. I have recommended to friends, and would use him again.
