I hadn't planned on needing any insulation work when I started on a drywall project in December.  When we opened the exterior ceiling over a balcony, we saw subpar insulation and I decided to try to get some blown in while the ceiling was open.  The drywall guy (Dominic at Perfection Drywall, another great company) gave me the contact info of Ben at Sego Insulation.  
Ben gave me an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the work for the next day.  I really appreciated his response to my time-critical need; the ceiling was to go back up as quickly as possible to seal the house again to the elements.  By getting his team there the next day, he minimized the time that the project had to go unfinished.
The insulation team showed up promptly as scheduled and were efficient in their work, finishing within two hours.  They cleaned up the space after they were finished.  The additional insulation has really helped my house stay warm.  I will recommend Sego Insulation to any who ask!

He arrived a bit later than agreed, but the directions to our home were not very comprehensive.  They came from the sales person.  (The salesperson did not give him the directions that we gave to the salesperson.)  
This was a second time they installed insulation on this home.  The first time was a large addition that we made to this home.  This time the installer installed insulation on the original part of the home.
The installer was very professional and polite.  He worked quickly and installed as quoted.  We are extremely pleased with the work, materials, and the price.  I would definitely use them again, and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs insulation.  Everyone from the office staff, the owner, and the installer are extremely kind and professional,  And they quote a good price and do good work.

They were great.  They gave me a quote over the phone.  They got here when they said they will and after they finished they realized that it didn't take as much as they expected and they reduced the price.  They were in and out very quickly.  Everything was clean.

The installers were punctual and completed the installation in one day.  Just one small hiccup that was immediately corrected on the same day.  All went very well.   I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. We were very happy with them as they explained everything and they were instrumental in receiving a rebate.

I liked that they cleaned up when the job was complete. I am pleased with this company and will use them again in the future.

 The workers arrived on time. I had done most of the prep, ie covering the walls and floors below the attic with plastic, and emptying the attic space of boxes. However, there was a box left that I had overlooked. When the guy started to move it, the bottom fell out and the items inside tumbled out through the ladder opening. One vintage GI JOE vehicle broke (it belonged to my now 30 year old son). There were no offers of reimbursement. I looked the price up on line ($30 - $50), and was going to ask for a discount, but was advised against it, so I did not pursue it further.  I cleaned up the debris from items in box. They cleaned up their job debris. I would recommend the company, nevertheless, but with a mea culpa.
