NE heating and cooling by far the best experience I have had with any contractor for repairs. Pepe and his crew were very knowledgeable about installing new furnace unit. There work was very clean and very fast. They were the only company that was willing to get things done right away. During the coldest day of the year when we had a deep freeze Pepe showed up ready to make things happen. There prices are very reasonable and the dedication to making sure things work right was on point. I definitely would hire this company again. I recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs.

We have had several services completed by NE Plumbing. They have serviced our swamp cooler in the spring & fall for 2 years, & done a great job. Last December, our water heater was leaking, and Pepe and his team stayed until 9pm that night to complete the work. Based on their suggestion, we replaced it with a tankless water heater & we are extremely happy with it. It has reduced our power consumption while giving us hot water efficiently when we need it. Pepe has gone above & beyond what was expected to give us excellent customer service. Prompt, knowledgable, thorough, & friendly. Highly recommend!

That alone will save you $375 - what most other plumbing companies around Santa Fe charge. He replaced my old, broken combi boiler in a timely, efficient manner, and was a pleasure to work with. He'll definitely be my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC repairs in the future.

I called Jose out of the blue. Actually, I contacted him on Nextdoor after seeing a positive review. I attempted to do my own plumbing and left my house. A disaster with no water. Jose did not hesitate to come over and fix everything in 4 1/2 hours, he was polite and encouraging. He wouldâ ve been done In 2.5 hrs had not needed to fix the mess I made. He was fairly priced and this was on Labor Day. I have already hired him for my next project.
