Stripped approx one thousand sq ft of ceramic tile and cleaned a  three hundred sq st carpet and charged $405.00 plus tax.  The work was good quality, he was on time and brought extra labor to finish the job.  They left the place clean and in good shape.  Friendly and even stayed past his estimated time because the coating on the floor required extra work which he did not charge me for.  All in all a very good experience.

I just saw the result and I'm so happy that I actually joined Angies List so I could tell someone. He did a great job. The cleanup was MUCH harder than he expected and he spent hours longer than he estimated - yet his invoice was exactly what he promised. The floors look fantastic. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He and another person took care not to mess up the newly painted baseboards (or anything else, which sadly is a first). From the start he returned my calls promptly, arrived on time, kept me posted, AND did wonderful work. I'd recommend him to my mother.
