It went extremely well! I didn't even have to be there when he did the inspection and even with the inclement weather was able to get the job done in a little over a week. I live in a townhome community with strict covenants and only and only 2 or 3 acceptable exterior paint colors...he matched it perfectly. He also was much cheaper than I anticipated, which was a god-send! Thank you Manny!!

We told him about a leak. He said their was no leak. Next rain there was a leak. It cost $200 to have him come back to repair it. Frustrating. It probably would have cost something more than the deal, but not as much as his having to come back later after the living room ceiling took another hit.

This is a husband and wife-owned small business. They are polite and responsive. I only had a roof inspection, so I didn't inquire as to his level of expertise with installing a new roof.

They arrived on time and did the work to my satisfaction.  It is hard to match color on traditional stucco so the areas are a little lighter and should darken with time.  If not to my satisfaction he will come back and make them a little darker.  I referred him to another client that needed stucco repair and she was also pleased.

He came without making an appointment. He got on my very steep peaked roof and was down in about 5 minutes saying there was nothing wrong with it.  I then accompanied him up there and pointed out at least couple nail requiring caulk and asked him whether the chimney flashing was sound where there was some interior staining. He said it was OK as is. I felt like I got little value for my money.

Arrived when planned, were very efficient, neat and careful with the stucco repairs prior to the re-stucco.  Took one day to trench and repair, and they left instructions to dampen with hose morning and evening for 3 days.  After one week they arrived to do the full house re-stucco.  Again, neat and careful, taping and using cloth mats to protect windows, flowers and walks.  Did a Beautiful re-stucco in about 1.5 days for the team of 3.  They work really fast.  We, again, sprayed AM & PM to dampen for 3 days.  Now 12 days later, it looks beautiful.  Our chimney repair by M&M years ago lasted, looking great, for years, so I suspect this will as well.
A written one year warranty will cover us just in case.
We couldn't be happier with our stucco, the professionalism, the neatness and the good manners of this company and the team.

Gorgeous job.  Still looks Great.  Well matched our house stucco.  We are about to use Manny again for a full house re-stucco.  He has given us a very reasonable estimate and we like his work, which he warranties for a year.
