JESSE'S APPLIANCE

Friday, the provider never showed up.  At noon, my husband called him and he answered his phone stating he was having breakfast(at 11:45am)with his daughter and that he'll try and make it out today(Friday, Sept 13th, 2013) and that he just got the part.  The provider didn't even call us and state that he was running late, we had to call him to get this information.  I, then called him back and asked him what time he was going to be here to fix our machine, he said "Maybe Later", if he could things done.  I told my husband that he did not give me a time.  By now, our day was all messed up because he never showed or called for the morning appt.  My husband called him back to find out exactly what time he would be at our house, provider did not answer phone.  I called provider, again, to ask him what time, and he did not answer his phone.  I left him a message telling him to call us about an exact time, so that someone would be here to let him in the house.  He never returned our calls.  My daughter calls him from her cell and he picks up the phone, she asked him what time he was going to be at our house and he told my daughter that he has decided he wasn't going to do the job that he was returning our money and that we were rude.  My daughter asked him what time he was going to return our money $101.77?  he stated, "Later".  My daughter again, asked him what time later?  He said maybe around 3pm on Friday that he had a lot of customers.  My daughter stated, we were his customers since Monday and he took our money and hasn't fixed anything.  He told my daughter that he would be at our house to return our money around 3pm on Friday, Sept 13th, 2013.  He never showed, returned our calls, or answered any of my daughters calls to him there after.  This is the most unprofessional provider I have ever dealt with.  He has stolen documented money from us without any service.  He never showed up or called to let us know that he wasn't coming on Friday, and, never showed to return our money as he stated.  I believe this provider is scamming customers.  Pay half now for parts, and pay the other half later when we actually fix the appliance that is broken.  Customers beware!!!!
