At first he was really nice and easy going. Willing to do what you want. His estimate was general on what he would do. Sounded and looked good. When he stated we did not want a particular shower head that we wanted and suggested a plan one. When I spoke to him over the phone he stated the pressure was not good in that shower head. I then asked if there is one that is similar to what we wanted. He told me a story about someone else. I had to pose the question several times without giving me an answer. I asked him how much he allowed for the shower head. He gave me a price and then later called me to say it was less than what he said. I let him know we do not want what he suggested we wanted what we want! I told him I would go out and buy what we want. He then became upset with me and stated it was too much trouble and he would have to do extra work. SO! I will pay you for what I want you work for me! Finally when he finished he charged $500 plus for additional materials he bought. So his estimate that appears to include toilet and bars was a lie. I was too happy to pay the additional charge to be done with him! He also spends too much time sharing his family problems with us. I am not paying you to hear all about your family issues. Please just remodel my bathroom. He is over priced and he didn't do anything more special then the next contractor.
