Clinger Pro Roofing, since 1997, is Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We offer multiple types of roofing materials including Shingles, Metal Roofing, and Flat Roofs using a rubber membrane called TPO. Click on the links on our website to find different colors of each material, some example pictures of actual roofs we've done, and to find much more information on each option. We offer many different warranties to go along with each type of roofing, up to a lifetime guarantee! Located in Los Lunas, New Mexico, we service areas of Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Belen, Los Lunas, and even Socorro. Complete tear-off and reroof of 40 yr old double shingled roof for house and separate guest house. Excellent work inspected daily by business owner. Did final inspection and called crew out for additional cleanup. Owner personally came out to make sure roof was protected during rainstorm. I am very happy with the quality of work and the customer service and care provided by Clinger Pro Roofing.

They were a little difficult to get ahold of. There were several messages going back and forth before I could get someone out to give me an estimate. Once they set an appointment they were on time and promptly finished the work. I was satisfied with the work in all respects. I have two out building on my property taht need new roofs this spring and I will have Clinger Pro Roofing back to do that work also.

They were timely but there was some mistakes. They had to come back a couple of times to fix something but my main contractor dealt with all the problems so I didn't really have to worry about it. In order to remove the roof, the had to remove the swamp cooler and they damaged some stuff and took them a while to get it fixed. The roof was complete and it doesn't leak. The new drainage works good.

The estimator was very helpful and easy to work with. The foreman, Daniel, was great, and the whole crew was good. Every day they went around the house and picked up any nails and trash that dropped. The only problem was that when they removed the swamp coolers, they bent the stands. But, once that was pointed out, they did what we wanted to make it right. About a month after the job was done, the owner came out and inspected it and made sure we were happy.
