Maan was very helpful showing us different listings around town on our initial visit. She was professional and overall pleasant to deal with. However, the information on the house we initially purchased was incorrect and therefore void. We then had to purchase one online while in our home state. We did so and paid full price based on Maan's assessment. Upon moving in we realized the carpet was completely unacceptable and some of the repairs we asked for had not been done. (Maan said she had seen paperwork stating things were done). Later on, when we called Maan to explain these things were not all done, she referred us to the warrantly company where we would have to $50 just to have them look. Had Maan been honest with us regarding the carpet, we would have not bought the house without more conditions. I feel like she rushed us into it because of the bad situation with the first home.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS VERY GOOD, AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP.
