The service provider here is basically one person, but he accomplished so much on some days I couldn't believe he was on his own. Over much of the surface of the house, he took it down to bare wood. On the first day I saw that, I knew that I had someone who would be doing a high quality job. Despite the fact that 80% or more of the old paint, at least three layers, came off the walls, there was hardly any detectable paint debris when he was done. Everything was masked and carefully painted. And, when I had to replace a windows rotten molding, since it was not a standard size, Rob took the wood I bought home with him and ripped it down to size, and then replaced it himself gratis. We could not be happier with the results.
