Overall, I was very happy with my interaction with Northern Tree Service. The work was done professionally and real care was shown for tree health and aesthetics. This is a side job for the owners/workers, so there may be some delay in their responsiveness to phone calls. Once the estimate was written up and the work scheduled, they were very punctual.

Arrived as scheduled, cleared trimmings, and completed work in one day. All trees were trimmed conservatively, survived, and look healthy. However, I don't believe they have fruit tree expertise. The trees were not shaped well and they left vertical branches.

I left a message with the provider giving my phone number, the work that was needed to be done, and the times that I would be available to talk to the provider. The provider never responded.

Have not started the work

Crew arrived promptly at scheduled time, did all the trees/bush that needed trimming, picked up the loose branches, hauled all the trimmings away. Removed three shrubs out front, roots and all. Yard and trees look a lot better. Good job, very satisfied with the work. I think the job done was excellent

They arrived on time, began trimming off the branches, and removed them to a trailer. They climbed the tree and cut it down to the ground. Then cleaned up the yard where the branches and trunk fell. There was no damage to any fences, the roof or any landscaping.
