I was impressed with the crew's professionalism. The work was done quickly but carefully. The stucco and siding are different colors and the edging between them is cut in perfectly. Before painting they prepared the wood and patched cracks in both siding and stucco. They also added some protective flashing where it was needed and included this in the original price. The workers were courteous and I was always consulted if there was a question of how to paint a particular part of the house (like the gutters). Marcos has a good sense of color and was able to help us find complementary colors, though it does not show up well in the photos. I'm happy with the outcome and would definitely hire them again. The price listed below is for my half of the duplex.
