They were called during the holidays to schedule an estimate. They never returned our call. Instead they just arbitrarily showed up at our door a three weeks later to do an estimate. We should have taken this unprofessionalism as a bad sign, but didn't. We scheduled work to occur in March, they failed to call us to confirm when the work would be done. We then called them to identify a specific date on 19 March, they said it would be the next week and failed to show up. We then called again on 4 April, when they again promised the work would be done the following week. Again they never showed up. On 15 May, we canceled the contract under their failure to perform services. I'd say that their persistent unprofessionalism is a bad sign -- if they are this unresponsive up front, then they're likely to continue their unprofessional behavior if mistakes are made or installation failures occur. I recommend against this outfit.
