They were very nice, but at one point they kept changing the schedule w/o letting me know. At one point it seemed like they did not want to do the job anymore.

"It is not that we did not want to do the job. The issue was that the work truck broke down on the way over there, I thought that was understandable especially that it was a 2 hour drive for us. But we still went back even if we were not going to make money. I did lose money with this job but I was ok because we needed to get your electrical issues resolved."

These folks do not understand the Ring doorbells and how they interact with electrical circuits. We could only get the current electrical wiring inspected. We had to get folks from Bestbuy to verify our ring device needed replacement. So that was an extra expense.

"Dennis, I do apologize for this. But when my tech got there everything was working fine and seemed as if it was just a bad connection. It's hard to troubleshoot when the system is working fine. And we do not troubleshoot the equipment. The only thing we check when it comes to the ring systems is if they have good connections, power, and proper voltage is getting to it. Most issues with the ring doorbell have been the transformer going bad. We usually change our transformers and everything works fine."
