I contacted Raul from the Zia Cleaning website on Friday afternoon for a quote for cleaning. I did not hear back from them that day, I figured maybe I sent the request for a quote in to late in the day. He did call me Saturday morning to talk about what I wanted. I told him I had recently moved into a house and had done a pretty thorough cleaning and had all the carpets replaced with wood flooring. I was looking for a once a month special cleaning to catch the few things I might not be able to get to during that time...mostly shower and windows. I live alone and have no pets, basically a simple cleaning of a 1500 sq ft house. Raul told me that he would get back to me later in the day with a quote. I did not hear back from Raul on Saturday or on Sunday (understandable about no response back on a Sunday). I heard back from him on Monday. He gave me a quote of $75 for each cleaning per month. I have read the other reviews and most of them seem much lower in cost for larger houses, with anaimals, or mulitpule people in the house. However, I wanted my house cleaned as I was having company come from out of town. We scheduled a cleaning for Sept. 11th between 2-3PM. By 4pm that day no one had showed up. I called Raul and he said he would call the cleaners. He called back and said they were caught up on another project and would be there soon. The cleaners finally showed up around 5pm. I showed them what I wanted done and they got to work. They did a decent job, but seemed rushed due to the time. They missed a few minor things along the way. I rack that up to them trying to finish quickly as it was late. They left around 6:30.
The work, other than the rush'ness to it, was good. The cost seems a little high to me after viewing some other reviews of either larger homes, more occupants or houses with pets. My cleanup needs are faily minimal in comparison. Why is my cost higher than others....I do not know? I hope things will smooth out with my experience with Zia Cleaning in the future. I hate giving less than a A rating. I want all my services from Angie's list to be good experiences that I can rave about and rate highly. I will give Zia Cleaning a chance and hope to be able to update this review with higher ratings and better comments. Stay tuned.

The professionals at Zia Clean did a good job cleaning my house; however, they were often difficult to get in contact with.  In addition, though I was on a bi-weekly rotation, they forgot to clean my house on 2 occasions.

  Very eager to please. I've lived in Las Cruces for 10 years and most cleaners I've had really do not know what thorough cleaning means. They think anybody can clean a house, and really have no professional training. Zia crew are well trained and are supervised as they work.I particularly appreciate that they are so fast, without sacrificing quality.

ZIA CLEAN is providing house cleaning on a twice monthly basis. MaryLou, who was "assigned" to do our house is fabulous ~ not only does her team clean all aspects but they vacuum the DIRT/DUST from our patio ~wipe our outdoor furniture and clean our BBQ when needed. They never turn down a request!
ZIA CLEAN also provides our commercial business with daily, (6 hours) janitorial service. Victor who was "assigned" to this project is professional and competent and is truly liked by all the employees he cleans for.
We have been blessed with such a caring and professional company. The owners, Raul and Angela, are a fabulous team who care about their customers while providing us with qualified employees.
