ceramic tile
 + -1 moreHe remained pleasent and polite when I told him I was upset about baseboards being removed as I did not have time or talent to replace them. Created more work and expense for me as the homeowner. He seemed in a hurry to complete job and did not inform me of problems with tiles.
Description of Work: Mr Zuniga was polite, friendly and punctual. Tiling was needed for two rooms. I purchased all supplies. When tiling project started, I asked him NOT to take off baseboards as I would not be able to replace them. He said proper way was to remove them and place tiles under gaps. He removed them anyway and charged me for their removal. Large gaps were left along walls and he did not undercut door frames for placement (reason he gave for removing boards). He did not inform me that my tiles had defects nor did he avoid use of tiles with large blemishes which could have been discarded or used for needed cuts.
