He did a bad job and I wouldn't let him touch my house. He gave me a recent bid to re-do it. The bottom wasn't done. He did the original stucco and he said that the square footage had changed from when he first did it. He bad mouthed his own work. He offered a discount. It should have lasted longer. I decided not to do it because, of that and the cost was to high. The pricing was OK, but the quality wasn't there.

Owner Albert Ordunez was very courteous initially but when he had to fire half of his laborers for sitting around and wasting time he became a little rude and services afterward were not quite up to par. He finished the job a day late due to lack of labor and hurried through the "cleanup" so I'm not completely satisfied. I realize good labor is hard to find so maybe that prohibited Top Notch from doing a better quality job. Overall, it was acceptable but could have been better.
