Randy was very timely and came ready to work. They did a great job and were very helpful with helping us with some of our problem areas. He seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Randy and Zach were awesome. Randy came by my home to evaluate what I wanted done. I was given a very reasonable price. Zach came the next day and started the project. He even letknow when some packages arrived so they wouldn’t be taken by porch pirates. That was a very kind thing of him to do. Randy Icame by to work on the tree that I thought I would need to have removed. It was uprooted by the high winds that we’ve had recently. He was able to determine that the tree could be salvaged. The roots were not damaged. I will be pleased to recommend Randy and Zach. Both were kind, professional, and kept me informed through each step. I am so happy with the work that they’ve done. And I look forward to my yard looking absolutely beautiful this summer.

I got a free quote and an appointment within the week. Responses were prompt and they did a spectacular job on my yard. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.

These guys are miracle workers. Zack worked for eight hours and TRANSFORMED our property. Randy was courtious and professional. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again. Thank you a thousand times Three Sons Landscaping.

The job contracted for included general yard maintenance involving cleanup; blowing, raking, and removal of yard waste. The contractor, Randy, agreed to blow and rake up yard waste in the front and back yards, as well as rake the rock landscaping smooth when work was completed. He indicated that the job would involve two men for about three hours time. The price agreed upon was $200. He called me shortly after leaving to say that he had a couple of guys who could come do the job then if I wanted them to, and I agreed. A couple of young guys came about an hour later and began work. They did a poor job and were preparing to leave within about two hours. They admitted to not having completed the job and stated that they were unable to do most of the front yard because their extension cord would not reach, but stated that Randy had authorized them to accept payment for the job. I tried several times to contact Randy at the phone number he had called me from to verify that payment by check was acceptable, but he never answered. The young man in charge of the job told me that he had talked to Randy and he had said that a check would be fine. I didn't do a thorough inspection of the job as it was late in the evening by the time they left, and I assumed that Randy would be back by as he had indicated he would be. I later went out to inspect what had been done and was very unhappy. When blowing the back yard, they made a mess of the patio and broke one of the sprinklers, which I had specifically warned them about before they started. They made big trails through the rock landscaping with their waste removal bin when removing the leaves, etc. This would not have been a problem if they had smoothed the rocks at the end of the job as Randy had stated they would do. They did not rake up the small twigs from the trees that I had specifically mentioned to Randy, and he agreed was a part of the job. They also did not do anything in the front part of the yard, stating that their extension cord would not reach. I would have let them plug in the cord in the garage if they had asked, but when they were preparing to leave it was already to late for them to start on that part of the yard. I probably should not have written the check for payment, but I had agreed to the price and assumed that Randy would be by or contact me later. I began trying to contact Randy at the phone number he had called me from. He never answered and I received a message stating that a voice mailbox had not been set up, so I could not leave a message. I also sent a text, which was also went unanswered. I assumed it was a cell number, so I sent a text, which also went unanswered. The more time went by without hearing from Randy, the more upset I became. On Monday a gentleman from Angie's List contacted me to verify that the job had been done. I told him the whole story and he stated that he would send an email to Randy encouraging him to get in contact with me to resolve the issue. I still heard nothing from Randy. I called Angie's List at the number the gentleman called me from on Monday, and told the entire story again. He took the information, but told me that I should begin an official complaint with the Customer Solutions Team. I thought I had begun an official complaint with the first person I spoke with. He transferred my call to Dorian who again took my information and sent me a link for this form to lodge an official complaint.

I received a quote within 48 hours and the work was completed in a timely manner. Company did not accept payment until job was completed to my satisfaction. Great service!

Did a good job in cleaning yard, weeding, trimming trees. Showed up on schedule

Randy, the owner of Three Sons Landscaping, threatened me and threatened me that he would return to my property and dump trash in my yard less than 12 hours after I received a text from him asking for payment when the job was not done right. When he finally agreed to fix the job, he sent a young guy who spent more time on his phone than he did doing work as well as he kept leaving. The young guy then called his dad for help and stood around while his dad mowed. I pulled more weeds than all of them did. Randy then promised to come back on Saturday and trim 4 tree branches if I would pay him now. I paid him extra and he never showed up, he is ignoring my calls and texts. Randy said he put pre and post emergent on the grass in my gravel when in fact he only used the weed eater on it and the grass and weeds are as tall or taller than they were when he came. Randy is dishonest and his work is very subpar, not to mention he threatens you.

Very courteous, prompt and always keeps you notified. Will be working with again.

He is very conscientious and I would hire them again.
