They came a couple days early and they packed everything in boxes and they labelled the boxes like kitchen things and garage things. I think this was a Friday and we couldn’t move until the Monday. They packed it all in the truck and they took the truck back to their place and Monday they moved us and then they brought boxes in the house where they were supposed to go. It was definitely worth the money. The three men that came were professional and they knew their job. They didn’t break any furniture and we have some large furniture that they had to bring out the house into the truck and took it off the truck into a smaller truck. They did a great job moving furniture that wasn’t in boxes. They did a great job.

STAY AWAY FROM ALLIED!!!!!!!!!!
Allied was not the cheapest quote for our move from Las Cruces but their customer service agent had the best service, which is why we chose them. However, their customer service agent is apparently the only one in the company who has any customer service. Otherwise, the move was a GIGANTIC DISASTER!.
We were told there would be 2-days of packing, 1-day to load the truck and 1-day to unload. The packers didn't show up until 3pm on the first day of packing. They stayed until 11pm; keeping my 7 and 4-year old children awake. The second day they didn't show up until noon. Consequently they didn't finish the pack prior to the trucks arrival. The people who showed up to load the truck were actually GREAT; very professional. However they loaded the truck before the packers could even show up for the day so literally had to sit around and wait. The packers finally arrived at 7pm and so while they packed the loaders loaded. They finally left our home at midnight.
And, just in case you're wondering, we made our reservation 3-months in advance. This wasn't a last minute move in any way, shape or form.
Our items arrived on time thankfully but the service got worse. One of the people unloading the truck was routinely seen dropping boxes by my wife and was actually fired by the driver during our unload. Our new home sustained a lot of damage to the walls and floor from the unloaders. The two drivers were actually very professional, however the local people they had with them were exceptionally careless and unprofessional. The driver told us to include the damage to the home with our claim.
When we submitted the damage claim we were told by Allied that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage not documented by the driver and they REFUSED to pay for any of the damage to our home.
The moral of the story is that you should absolutely never, NEVER EVER use this company unless you'd like your stress level raised and your items and your home DESTROYED.
Just abhorid service. I feel like I could have destroyed the stuff myself and saved almost $10,000.
