I called, and they came out and explained what needed to be done. I was in sticker shock and wanted time to think. They left me alone until I was ready to decide and when I did decide they came out the very next day and fixed everything. Easy to work with and very polite and efficient.

I called this company to disconnect and remove a salt water softener system from my home. The plumber was friendly and explained every step he took. I felt comfortable to have him working on the issue, he had vast knowledge on the subjects we discussed about plumbing and water softerners and he disconnected my water softener system in a manager as to not damage it so I can seek it in working Order. If I or my tenants choose in the future to reinstall a water softener system in the house we can do so with ease.

However a service call on12-20-12 , took 3 calls before someone came out to service the unit 1-14-13

We purchased the system at Home Depot and delayed the process until we had some major plumbing redone. After we were able to schedule, the work was done promptly.
I am not sure that a lower cost system would not have worked as well.
The system does do what it is supposed to do and we are overall satisfied with it.

Everything was done professionally,cleanly and conscientiously.

Significant billing problems with our local natural gas supplier along with gas price increases caused my wife and I to look into free solar hot water to replace our 20 year old water heater. Sun Tech provided the sound answers. Federal and state tax incentives together with the current cost of natural gas will enable an easy 2 year payback. Just wait till natural gas becomes a major heavy transportation fuel source! Sun Tech designed and installed a passive 40 gallon Copper Heart system. Everything about this installation, from explaination of available systems through design to installation was exceptional. I highly recommend this company and system to anyone seeking to free themselves from high gas pains!! This system was installed professionally to better than our normally exacting standards. Our pilot-less backup water heater has not come on since installation.

Do's: A 40 gallon tank is more than sufficient to replace our 50 gallon water heater since water temperatures in the solar collector can exceed 180 degrees and must be mixed with cold water for normal house hold use.

Dos: We had our solar heater installed at ground level though rooftop installation is more common. Because our desert environment lacks normal rainfall for solar panel clean off, a ground system is much easier to hose off after a dust storm to maintain peak efficiency.
