We wouldn't hire them again. We've had numerous leaks. They fixed some but the major leaks they have not fixed. There you don't know where it's leaking from and we've had tons and tons of problems with this house.
Description of Work: We bought a house from Summit Builders back in 2012 and it has leaked since and as of today they still have not got it fixed right.

They did a great job. Our new home is just beautiful. They guaranteed our new home so anytime anything is wrong they come out right away and fix it.
Description of Work: We were going to have Summit remodel our house. He told us he could build us a new house for what it would cost to remodel our old house. So they built a brand new home for us.
