Normally one would greet a client with a hand shake and a smile. Not these people!  I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. Terrible to work with on the phone, if you can get them.

The company's office is located in a building that is a complete real estate buying complex. Everything you need to buy a house is there, like title companies, so it's very convenient. Sherrell is 70 years old, but she is in terrific condition and will run your legs off! She set a record of showing 15 houses to a client in one day! She's the sweetest and most sincere person, too, and she's trustworthy. She was terrifically helpful and showed me great options of homes. She researched what I like ahead of time so that she knew what would go a good options. She becomes a true friend when you work with her.

Having teeth pulled without novacaine would probably be more pleasant than dealing with these people. From the very beginning they ignored our requests and acted as if our home belonged to them. We had heard their property management department had gone downhill, but since we had used them years ago (and were pleased with their services), we ignored the warnings. BIG MISTAKE. They were rude , unresponsive and incompetent. They charged us for questionable repairs. We ended up arranging for repairs ourselves and then they sent US deadlines as to when the work needed to be completed! Pleas to the president of Steinborn Realty were ignored.
