Sal's TV & VCR Service

Sal did an excellent job installing an Outdoor TV Antenna and getting it positioned correctly for the best reception. He also selcted the best amplifier to use with his antenna. Sal is the only person I know in Las Cruces that provides this service and he did an excellent job. A 5 Star rating.

I would call Sal's tv repair again I called and they came right over within 45 minuets and they diagnosed my tv's problem and fixed it there rates are reasonable

The screen on my Samsung TV went blank. I called Sal's TV repair and in few hours they picked-up, run a diagnostic, and provided me an estimate. The TV was repaired and delivered within the time frame promised. They were very professional. I recommend this place.

Sal's has kept my 20 year old Pioneer television going, having repaired it twice. Most recently, my television quit on the 4th of July. I took a chance and called Sal's. They picked up the TV that very day! I was sure it was the end of that television but the guys at Sal's reassured me that it could be repaired. It took a few days but they got it going and delivered it a day before it was promised. Sal's is my go-to place for repairs on my TV.

Overall, their attitude was one of confidence and they were pleasant and happy people. I felt very comfortable at the shop and their confidence in their work made me feel confident that the repair was a good one. I was most impressed with my overall experience with the shop.

DO:
They didn't think I should have been transporting the TV in the back of my truck standing up and they told me so. So, later I called them and asked about transporting a TV to their shop in my truck and the guy on the phone took the time to explain how to lay the TV down, cover it with a blanket and use tie-straps to secure it in the back of the truck. I would suggest that you call them ahead of time and ask about transportation of a large screen TV if you don't have a truck.

Don't: - Nothing here except to be a wise consumer and look at the breakdown time on digital TV's before you buy. Maybe, it would be worthwhile to call Sal's and ask which digital TV breaks the least then buy that one!
