 + 0 moreSal did an excellent job installing an Outdoor TV Antenna and getting it positioned correctly for the best reception. He also selcted the best amplifier to use with his antenna. Sal is the only person I know in Las Cruces that provides this service and he did an excellent job. A 5 Star rating.

 + -1 moreThe screen on my Samsung TV went blank. I called Sal's TV repair and in few hours they picked-up, run a diagnostic, and provided me an estimate. The TV was repaired and delivered within the time frame promised. They were very professional. I recommend this place.

 + -1 moreSal's has kept my 20 year old Pioneer television going, having repaired it twice. Most recently, my television quit on the 4th of July. I took a chance and called Sal's. They picked up the TV that very day! I was sure it was the end of that television but the guys at Sal's reassured me that it could be repaired. It took a few days but they got it going and delivered it a day before it was promised. Sal's is my go-to place for repairs on my TV.

 + -1 moreOverall, their attitude was one of confidence and they were pleasant and happy people. I felt very comfortable at the shop and their confidence in their work made me feel confident that the repair was a good one. I was most impressed with my overall experience with the shop. DO: They didn't think I should have been transporting the TV in the back of my truck standing up and they told me so. So, later I called them and asked about transporting a TV to their shop in my truck and the guy on the phone took the time to explain how to lay the TV down, cover it with a blanket and use tie-straps to secure it in the back of the truck. I would suggest that you call them ahead of time and ask about transportation of a large screen TV if you don't have a truck. Don't: - Nothing here except to be a wise consumer and look at the breakdown time on digital TV's before you buy. Maybe, it would be worthwhile to call Sal's and ask which digital TV breaks the least then buy that one!
Description of Work: I had a plasma TV that simply quit working. It would not turn on. I brought it in and asked for a diagnosis and an estimate for repair. On the spot they gave me three possible issues and promised to call in 48 hours with the diagnosis and estimate for repair. They had a lot of (digital) TV's in the shop and I asked it they really thought they'd be able to give me an estimate in two days. They said they would. Well, it took 3 days. But, I was not worried. When they called they did report that their technician had been called to Silver City (a tow about 120 miles away) and he did not return timely to have the diagnosis completed in the two days. Then they told me the power supply had gone out on the TV and they could replace it for $225.00. I gave the authorization and then (most surprising to me) they called the very next day and had the TV repaired. With taxes the total cost was $242.00 out the door. They told me I had a 90 day warranty on the part. I nearly forgot - they helped me load and unload the TV so that I only had to strap it down.
