Real Estate Services-New Mexico

I had a contract with Real Estate Services of New Mexico in Las Cruces because I do not live in the area and I need someone who is honest and whom I can trust and count on. Too late I realized Suzanne Tent, the owner, did not meet those qualifications. I dealt with Suzanne Tent for more than a year, and found that she needed to be watched at all times... Just one example: We had to evict some tenants; afterwards they broke and entered and took stuff, and she did not even bother to tell me until I visited Las Cruces 3 weeks later and found out only as we were inspecting the dwelling. She did not file a police report until after that date! After the big hail storm last fall, I finally had to make my own phone calls and get my own quotes for repairs because she was "too busy" to do it. There was always an excuse for things that did not go as they should. "Too busy" was the most-used excuse. A good deal of the time she was out of state, and could not do the job in a timely manner. Luckily, thankfully, gladly I am rid of Real Estate Services of New Mexico and do not have to wonder any more what Suzanne might be doing that she has not been "forthcoming" about. Beware: Her contract is written such that it takes WAY LONGER to terminate than for other property management companies in the area.
