Lee Rawson not only returned my call, he came out to my house, climbed up on the roof where I was strapping tarp over the holes using bungee cords, and he even gave me his personal collection of bungee cords to help with the emergency patch work. Of course that won my business right away.
It did take a while to get replacement skylights for my house. (Many thousands of homes were damaged in this storm.) And some of my 2 ft by 4 ft skylights turned out to be slightly different in size, so that required another parts order and a second trip to finish my job. But they stuck with their original cost estimate and were highly professional throughout the ordeal. I would definitely recommend Rawson Builders Supply for any skylight repairs you may need.
I did get other bids for the replacement of the glass, but Rawson was competitive and promised that they would be done in time for the party.
They came through. Although there was a delay in the manufacture of the windows due to the unusual size of the clear-story, they came out and remeasured that window to be sure it would be exact.
Having said all that, I would recommend Rawson Builders for their competitive prices and their excellent customer service.
